The installation process of the websphere application server is as follows:
First find the launchpad from the websphere CD/Dump and execute that script. This will
give you a GUI with the options to install
=> WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment
=> IBM HTTP Server
=> Web server plug-ins
=> WebSphere Application Server Clients
=> Application Server Toolkit

Select the option launch the installation wizard for websphere application server and then you will be
presented with a screen and some question to answer.
=> License agreement
=> Pre-installation system check
=> Installation directory

=> Product selection
=> Installation summary
=> Installation complete, here you can choose weather you wan t to launch the profile creator wizard or not.
