I followed the directions for Active Directory authentication, and I still can't log in using an account and password in AD. What should I do?

 Check the time on your ESX Server and Active Directory and make sure they're synced up. Kerberos is very sensitive to being out of sync and could reject credentials if the time is not within specific limits. You can also review the System event logs for clues.
