What is the procedure of creating an article for the I Knowledge base? | MS Dynamics CRM

Following is the  procedure to create an article for the I Knowledge base:
1.   Click Create Article in the Actions list of the Knowledge I Base module. The article page appears on the screen.
2.   Enter the information in the Title, External Article, I Revision, Status, Teams fields.
3.   Enter the text of the article in the Body field.
4.   Attach a file to the article by entering the path to the file in the Attachments field.
5.   Embed an image by entering the path to the file in the Embedded Images field.
6.   Click the Save button to save the article.
