Mobile Express enables the users to view, create, and modify CRM data on any mobile browser. It has two components: mobile console and mobile application. Mobile console is used to change the settings of Mobile Express; whereas, the mobile application is the component that can be accessed through a browser on a mobile device. Depending upon the screen of the mobile devices, the display of the CRM varies. The following figure shows the view of Mobile Express:
