What are data maps? | MS Dynamics CRM Interview Questions

 Data maps are used to map source data, which are contained in the CSV source files, to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM entity attribute types. They create mappings before importing data into Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The following figure shows the mapping of a text file to a custom entity:
