How do you check the effectiveness of leads in the Customer Relationships Management (CRM)?
The effectiveness of leads can be analyzed in CRM by using the two built-in reports: Lead Source Effectiveness Report and Neglected Leads Report. You can also perform the Advanced Find search to check the effectiveness of the leads.
