Following steps can be performed to download the RDL file:
1. Open Microsoft Dynamic CRM.
2. Select Workplace->My Work-> Report to open the Reports interface.
3. Select the report to be edited from the Reports interface.
4. Select Edit Report from the top menu. The Report Properties window appears.
5. Select Actions->Download Report to download the RDL file, as shown in the following figure:
