The Microsoft CRM Diagnostic tool helps in troubleshooting the CRM for Outlook add-ins.  Whenever the CRM  bar is
disabled due to some reason, the bar can be enabled by running the diagnostic tool. It shows the errors and options that need to be fixed. With this tool, help report can be generated and submitted to Microsoft. The following figure shows the Microsoft CRM Diagnostic tool:
